Is this overtraining? (repeat)?!

Question: Is this overtraining!? (repeat)!?
I split my workout into 3 days ( back+biceps, tri's and chest' and shoulders and legs) for each body part i do 3 sets of 12 of 4 different excercises!. For example on my chest days i do 3 sets of decline, incline, flies and dumbell bench!. So 12 sets all together!. Is that too much!? Not enough!? just right!? let me know what you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
That's not overtraining!. Breaking up your body parts like that is a great idea and most people do 3 sets of so many reps!. If you're not seeing results its because your body may have adapted to it and you might need to toss it a curve ball every once in awhile!. Try doing a pyramid of reps where you start heavy weights with lower reps and then increase the reps and decrease the weights with each set!. You can also do a reverse of that and do light weight and more reps and increase the weights and decrease the reps with each set!. Just make sure you're giving yourself a day off to rest those muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds about right, but thin out your workout into more than 3 days!. I don't think it's really harmful, but if you divide it up into like 4 or 5 days you'd be minimizing your chance of getting hurt/injured by a lot!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
