My hipps/back??!


Question: My hipps/back!?!?
okay!.!.!.im not completly fat or anything!.!.!.but im starting to get a little bit chubby on my waste and my lower back a little bit!. i dont want that at all!. i dont do palatis or anything like that i just need something good cheap free fast and something that works!. i dont want chubby sides for summer thanks =pWww@Answer-Health@Com

for your sides, use weights (if you don't have weights try using a bag of cans or a gallon milk jug)!. Put a weight in each hand and lean to one side!. As you lean pull up the opposite arm to your waist and back down again, then reverse!. Make sure that you lean your shoulders toward your leg/hip, don't lean forward or backward!. You can also hold a weight keep your arms curled and twist!. For your stomach, get an exercise ball (they cost about $10)!. Don't sit right in the middle but toward the front just a bit!. feet flat on the floor and lean back, come up, etc!.!.!. There are many different areas on the ball were you can sit and target each abdominal muscle group (even your sides)!. This exercise ball works better than rowing, curls, sit ups, etc!.!. and puts no pressure on your back or neckWww@Answer-Health@Com
