Question:

Want to lose weight...?

best diet plan you've EVER had
how much did you lose? in how much?
i start school augst. 20 and i want to lose as much weight as possible.

i know exercise eat small 6 meals a day eat a big breakfast drink lots of water protien ALL of it.
can someone just give me a diet plan:

i'm 121 lbs
my bmi is 22.1
i am 5'2
umm....
that's all i can think to add.
people might say that my weight is normal
but i have a belly

thanksss :)
oh and im a teen :P

I've gone from 215 to 133, and that's taken me three years. Weight Watchers is an excellent plan because it gradually teaches you how to change your mindset so you can choose healthy foods and be active for the rest of your life. Even if WW isn't for you, it really comes down to the basics, no matter what. You have to eat fewer calories and exercise more. If you stick to whole foods (if God didn't make it, don't eat it), you will be well on your way. Eating until you are only 80% full is another great guideline. Try to get 45 mins of exercise per day. If a quick fix is all you are looking for, mark my words, a quick fix is all it will be. Your health is just as important as your waist size. Good luck to you.
