My abs are toned but can't lose the fat on top of them!?!

My abs are toned but can't lose the fat on top of them!?

See. I am a 13 year old male and have a serious problem. When I was 12 to just turing 13 I had a big stomach. I only weighed 100 pounds but it was too big for my liking. Anyways, I started doing sit-ups and I can feel toned abs. The only problem is there is still some "Baby Fat" over them. So as my abs bulid larger the Baby Fat just comes out more. How can I lose this fat!? The more sit-ups I do the larger my stomach gets! Shouldn't it be the opposite? Any GOOD help is appreciated.


Answers:

aerobic activity. Situps don't burn fat, aerobic exercise does. Jog, walk, even do something anaerobic like play basketball or baseball and the fat will go. Sit-ups will only tone whats underneath the fat, which you have already found out. Don't forget you are only 13, I'm sure you aren't finished with puberty yet which will definitly increase your hormones which will help gain muscle mass.
