Question: Getting into shape by Early August!?
Ok so I put on like a lot of weight this past year, because I was so busy I had no time for excersice or anything!. i am not fat I am about 120 punds 5'8-5'7 and almost 15 years old!. I need a good way to lost 5-10 pounds in a little over 2 months!. I need all the help I can get!. I don't drink soda and I don't eat a whole lot of junk food!. its just I used to run so much, and now I cna barely go around the block without almost passing out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every day do:
15 push ups
15 sit ups
10 leg lifts
Go riding a bike for 20-40 minutes
Walk to school/home from school if its possible to
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day!.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy!.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light!.
NO ICE CREAM
NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

getting your endurance back up won't take more than a few weeks!.
all you do is start by walking for five minutes, then pick it up to a jog/slow run until you feel out of breath and can't take it!. Then simply drop back down to a walk!.!.!.once you get your breath back, start up running again!. Repeat this process for 30 to 45 minutes, 4 or so times a week and you'll be back up to running for miles without having to stop in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
