Question:

I'm going on a diet & need some help?

Hi, I've decided to go on a diet. Not that I'm fat or anything, it's just that I am a bit chubby and would like to lose that. Healthily.

But like, I used to eat quite a bit, but now that I cut back a little, I feel really hungry.

Does this mean I'm starving myself?

I read that starving yourself actually makes your body store fat and you end up gaining more.

But in my case, I still eat, just not as much as before. But I do feel hungry at times. Will I end up gaining weight or something?


Answers:

I lost weight cutting out the bread drinks with sugar in them ,very little butter. I ate chicken baked not fried ,fish baked. You really can get enough food that doesnt leave you hungry. Try yogerts and fruit cups for dessert rather than pies and cakes. Really you can eat about all foods but smaller portions. Your stomache gets used to it very fast.Most of all avoid breads if you want o lose weight. flour foods packs the weight on you. And take it very easy with snack foods they are ful of grease.Im not telling you to do this but i ate baked fish. chicken very little beef and pork. I used cottage cheese and tomato for a salad since i dont like lettuce. At least two fruits a day.and tried to drink water which was hard to get used to since i was drinking very little but it helped so much to flush out the toxins. What i did was use a small plate and never ate more than the plate would hold. Hope this helps it did me.
