Excercise Plan?!


Question: Excercise Plan!?
Hey everybody!.!.

I'm 17 years old, 5'5, 130 pounds!. I wanted to know if someone could devise an exercise plan for me that included: bench presses, curls, and other weight exercises one day, crunches, sit ups, and other ab and stomach exercises another day, and running a mile on the treadmill another day!. More than one day of each exercise is ok, plus rests!.

Like I wanted to know how many sets, repeats, etc to do for each exercise!. I already have a set of stretches down, but I wanted to know how to organize my other work out!.

I'd really appreciate it!.

Answers:
Every day do:
15 push ups
15 sit ups
10 leg lifts
Go riding a bike for 20-40 minutes
Walk to school/home from school if its possible to
FOOD:
Eat all three meals a day!.
If you want any snacks in between, eat celery/carrots or something healthy!.
No soda
WATER
When you want flavor badly, drink crystal light!.
NO ICE CREAM
NO POPCORN< CANDY
NO CHIPS
NO COOKIES/cake
(WHEN I SAY NO blah blah blah,,, it means u can have it, but like 1 time per week or 2 weeks if you choose!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

im in the same situation as u dont listen to the other person okay im 5 5 128lbs 15yrs old doing an exercise plan from my doc!.!.he said 45mins of cardio 4x a week to burn fat!.!.then 150 sit ups a day!.!.or whatever u can do!.!.150 push ups a day and seporate weight resistance training 2x a week for about a half hour then eat at least 65g of protein 100g at most try protein bars or just alot of lean meats and eat fruits veges and u can still have sweets but leave that under 300cals of sweets and make sure u have at least 2000cals i have!.!.2500 and that works fine for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
