Hi ,
I am confused about the intervals both High and Low!. Okay, so for example, after warming up, I sprint as fast as I can on a tread mill for 30 seconds, and my heart rate goes up to 170-180 right, then during my low intensity interval, I walk for 60 seconds right!.!.!.BUt what I dont get is, do I wait for my heart rate to get down to 126-130 then start counting the seconds, or do I start counting the seconds as soon as I slow down!? The reason why I ask this is because in 60 seconds, my heart rate doesnt get down too low that fast, its still at 140-150 and does this mean I should wait for it to get down lower than count the 60 seconds!.!.!.!?!?!?im confused!. please anyone help!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont worry about your heart rate dropping!. Just count the seconds that your walking and the second that your running!. I'm not sure of your age, but for most people 170-180 BPM is kinda high, but since its not for a long period I guess its OK unless your a little older!. Eventually try to run for 60 seconds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
