Question: How do i stop my cravings/need for sweets!!? 10 points!?
im so addicted to sweets- it's ridiculous!.
my weight is in the healthy range with a 19 bmi
!.!.!. but that doesn't take into consideration that im lacking muscle, and my weight is from fat!. it's gross!.
how do i stop eating sweets!. its so hard!.!.!. i eat cake pretty much all day
ive tried stopping!.!.!. any tips !? tips on how to burn the fat quickly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

haha!. well start off by getting all of the junk food out of your house!. this way, you cant be tempted at all!. when your at the store, only bring enough money for what you neeed to you wont buy anything else!.

buy gum!. buy fun and zesty flavors so that you wont want to spit your gum out to eat ! i brush my teeth everytime after i eat!. it makes me not want to eat because theyre clean, and its good for them!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do it the easy way by eating fruits when you feel the urge, or the harder way!.!.!.brush teeth, put salt on the tip of your tongue!.!.!.or the hardest way!.!.!.make it a week or two, and your craving should disapppear!.

What I have found most effective is not depriving yourself!. I agree with the previous poster go to www!.thedailyplate!.com (one of my all time favorite sites) and see what your calorie intake should be and don't go above that!. Count an occasional sweet into your daily count!. To burn fat quickly and tone up, I recommend kick boxing!. Depending on how much you weigh you can burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories!. My trainer did an herbal cleanse and she said it helped with her cravings for sweets!. You can also get rid of all the junk and processed food out of your house!. Get some cardio in everyday and maybe you'll think twice before you eat another piece of cake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

haha i feel your pain!. im in LOVE with junky foods!. all I can say is just don't buy it!. try not to have any of that stuff in the house!. thats what I try to do!. Also try to have enough willpower that when you are craving something like sweets, grab something healthy instead! Like veggies and fruits!.you'll feel a lot better!.
excersise!.!. im not an expert on!. I'd say walk everyday not 20 minute walks!. maybe an hour and a half!. do some sit ups, and maybe go for a run!. try that!. it might help a bit!.:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya throw it out!. i used to have this problem and everytime i threw it out in the garbage!.!.!. but i would say get low carb fruits such as strawberries or get some low at cottage cheese and mix it with some sugarfree jam its amazing!.!.!.
oh to lose weight i would say join thedailyplate!.com and lower ur carb intake, join the gym and just do alot of cardio and light lifting!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
