Question: Embarrassing bra stories!!!?
Ok so I want everybody to tell they're most embarrassing bra stories, don't be shy!! Here is my story, it isn't exactly a bra storie though=P

Ok so I was taking a walk and I was ahead of everyone else with my cousin who was 4 and I was 11 at the time, I had just started to wear bra's and she pointed to my boobs and asked "what are those!?" and I was omg SO embarrassed!!! I tried really hard to change the subject like "wow you can run really fast" but she kept asking!! I finally said "you will know when your older" and then she forgot about it, but I am sooo embarrassed!!=D

When I was 14 I was at school, and I was wearing a bra with the front closure, and it spontaneously broke! I was really embarrassed, and I managed to kind of put it back together with a paper clip, but I felt very self conscious the rest of the day!. That's the last time I ever bought a bra like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

Not neccesarily bra story but oh well!.!.!.!.

I was at water polo and jumped to get the ball, only to expose both my boobs in mid jump, right in the face of my best friends boyfriend, who was of course utterly shocked/horrified! hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

It happens when u just get them!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
