Question: Can I get a flat stomach by running!?
If I run everyday can I get a flat stomach!.Right now I an 14 years old , height 5 6"-5 7",and weight about 145!.(i have a gut)I had some answers from perivous questions say that i can't get a flat stomach by running!.(they said i can only get a flat stomach by ab-exerise)So I have a few questions!.What is the fastest way to get a flat stomach!?Is it true running won't get me a flat stomach!?Will ab-Exerise help me get a flat stomach at all or just build my abs!?(PS:add in a little bit help even if i didn't ask it)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if anyone tells you that you cant get a flat stomach from running, and the only way i to do ab exercises has no idea wat they are talking about!. you need to do cardio like running to lower bf and get a flat stomach and abs!. ab exercises like crunches only build ab muscle, they do nothing to flatten the stomach!. diet is also a crical part to geting abs or a flat stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of the most important things when it comes to getting a flat stomach is having the right diet!. You can run and do ab exercises all you want, but if you eat fast food and whatnot, you won't see quality results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
