Self-hate?!?!?!


Question: Self-hate!?!!?!!?
growing up i was smaller than most people, but now that ive reached high school ive gained a lot of weight!. when i look in the mirror i hate what i see!. people have always seen me as the pretty chocolate girl and now that ive gain weight thats slowly but surely changing!. im 5'7 195 pounds( but looking at me you would think i was 160 at the most) schools out and this summer i wanna lose a few pounds and get my self esteem back!. any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey there!. Although I myself am not on the heavier side, I do know some tips!. Don't be down on yourself!. Instead of saying, "I hate looking at myself in the mirror," say, "I'm going to become more beautiful and love myself!." Think of people that inspire you to work harder, like Tyra Banks, who was judged for gaining weight but ignored all that and got thin again!. As for the working out part, go to a local gym and work out for at least an hour!. No more than that, as that can weaken and tire out your body!. Go on a walk or hike with friends!. Try out dance classes, go to a local swimming pool in the summer!. This is all I've got right now!. I hope you learn to love your body, and good luck! you shouldn't care what other people say about you!. block it out!.!. when other people talk bad about other people !. it builds up their own self es-steam love you! for your self!.!. and if you just wanna loose a little weight you should!.!. it would make you feel allot stronger when people approach you !.!. they themselves don't like something about their own bodies that's why they try to pick on other people !.!. you're beautiful!.!.!. don't believe them ,Www@Answer-Health@Com
