Question: Is this too much food for the day!? plz help!.!.!.!?
i'm so pissed at myself for eating this much >_<'
here goes!.!.!.
breakfast:
a 60 calorie banana pudding and a 90 calorie rice one
i had breakfast at 1pm btw lol
then this is where things went haywire!.!.!.i can't even seperate lunch and dinner cuz i ate so much and too often
i had this "3" times today, at 4pm, 7pm and 9pm:
(and yea i'm quite weird and actually do eat at exact times like that)
3 tbsp jasmine rice
1 piece of steamed fish the size of two of my fingers or less
(i have a small frame btw)
this i had once today with the 9pm meal:
1 slice of wheat bread - 40 calories
1 tsp peanut butter - too much
1 tsp marmalade - 25 cal
1 raisen cookie (one of those that u buy and place on a baking tin and it melts and cooks), bad i know :(
1 tbsp chocolate cake (yea about that)
1 banana
3 strawberries
1 peach
1 tsp pecans
oh and if this helps, i also had 2 cups of green tea today
(i drink it everyday)
and also i drank quite alot of water todayWww@Answer-Health@Com

If this is more than usual, then its too much!. if its less than usual than its good I guess!. I am sure you feel lethargic with the foods you eat!. Based on those foods, you will crave more food later on in the day!. eat your fruit in the morning and your fish at night!. carbs more towards the biginning of your day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're fine!. especially since you are only 94 pounds!. And 1 Tsp!. of peanut butter isn't too much!. The serving size is 2 Tbs!. and 1 tbsp of chocolate cake isn't that much!. You are completely FINE!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think you are eating to little!. your BMI is17!.2, which is underweight!. you may have a small frame but you need to eat some protein and healthy carbs more oten!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sure doesnt sound like you eat too much!. It may seem like alot because you eat so often!. But sounds pretty healthy to me!.!.Except those puddings for breakfast!.!.lol !.!.instead of pudding try yogurt with granola and a glass of juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your overweight then yes that is too much!. Try to eat less junk food, and try to get your hands on the Canada's food groups things and follow what is says!. It's ok to eat some junk food everyday but try not to eat to much!. If your not over weight then it's better, just follow the Canana's food guild!.
If you think you ate too much and your overweight you should go to the gym regually or swim!.
P!.S You should drink a lot of water everyday, at least 3 bottles everyday, that's what i think!. OH and one more thing, try to control your eating habits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
