Im 13 and how much should i bench press?
I never really tried it but I tried yesterday and I got 55 :/ Is that bad?

Nope, that's a great amount for your age.
But to agree with some other answerers, take it easy. Unless you're playing sports, you should focus on getting good nutrition and regular exercise. Weight training is good, but don't overdo it... you are still growing, and actually, your muscles will get stronger as you grow even without the weight training.
