I work out in the morning but dont eat before..?!


Question: I work out in the morning but dont eat before!.!.!?
I work out like every morning at 530!.!.which im fine with but i dont eat before it!.!.cuz well i cant!.!.should i eat a lil something or does it matter!? and i take a multivitimin everyday should i take that before i work out if i dont eat or wait till i eat breakfast!? Please some help anyoneWww@Answer-Health@Com

you def need to eat something before your workout!. You might use more fat when you workout in the morning before breakfats however the total kcal burned wont be as much as if you had gotten some sort of energy before!. Eat an energy bar if you can't get anything down!. Something that will give you energy and has lots of carbs in it!. Brkfast is supposed to be the largest meal of the day!. The vitamin pill can be taken anytime, doesn't really matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat something small before your workout!. You need energy first thing in the morning anyway, but you need it even more if you're going to exercise right away!. As for your multivitamin, you can take it whenever you'd like, but you'll probably find that if you take it on an empty stomach it'll make you a little nauseous (mainly because of the iron in it)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

multivitamin best eating at 12 oclock or noon, but you can eat after breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

apparently if you work out before breakfast you burn more fat and then your body (muscles) kicks in to burn calories more efficiently throughout the rest of the day!.!.!.I still have a gut though!.!.!.!.he heWww@Answer-Health@Com
