Get toned fast?
Hi!
I'm pretty thin (13 years old, 5'4" and about 100 pounds) and I have good eating habits but I'm not very athletic and I feel flabby. I really want to tone my abs and thighs over the next 2 months so when I go back to school I'll look my best. I've been doing 50-100 sit-ups everyday for about 2 weeks but It really isnt working. Any tips to help me get toned fast?

Try to get a fitness ball, those are really good for toning abs and thighs. Just balancing on those helps you tone your abs.
Try walkign around with your belly button sucked in all day ..toward your spine and it will tighten your inner abdominal muscles that keep your intestines in place and will shrink your waist.
Also, Try squats and small 5lb weights If you do squats with your stomach sucked in, you'll work both out, and lift the 5lbs weights as you're squatting.
Also, stairs..take the stair whenever you can.. or go on the stairmaster, those work out your thighs good.
