Question: Weights growth!?
im 11 years old and i want to know if u lifted weights around my age and how tall you are now!.and if it didnt effect your growth did you lift non stop or little by little!?and did u do dumbells(curls)or other stuff!.how much should i lift to not effect my growth!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lift light weights with more reps and you will get lean muscle which will not stunt your growth!. Also try to avoid pulling down anything above your head because those exercising might affect your spine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
