How can I work out with a sprained ankle?
I recently sprained my ankle playing basketball with people from my football team, and I do not want to get out of shape. Are there any exercises that I can do to work on my abs, and condition too, without aggravating my ankle?

I was on crutches for 8 weeks and during the entire time I went to the gym, worked out with free weights, did my ab work out, everything I did before except I had to do half weight on leg stuff because I couldn't use the right leg. As for abs, no reason you can't do what you have always done. You don't use your feet to do crunches or ab machines. Just crutch around and use common sense. Get a helper so you won't injure yourself more.
