Judging from the frantic tone of your question, my guess is that 148 pounds is too much weight for your height!. If that is the case and your frame does not support the extra pounds, at this point in your life, you may simply need to focus on your health and lifestyle!. Have you struggled with your weight for a long time!? Do you eat a lot of junk food, and sit around a lot!? Get up off the couch, and join a sport!. Earn some cash and walk your neighbors' dogs!. Concentrate on what you're eating (and when, and why!), get out of the house!.

Or are you under a lot of stress!? Very sad about something!? Some people eat when they are lonely, bored, or worried about something!. If you've packed on the pounds and you're not sure why, it couldn't hurt to talk to your doctor about it!. Everybody has different eating habits, but there may be a physiological or psychological cause that you can't pinpoint on your own!.

Keep in mind that at age 13 you should put on some weight (and height!) as your body matures!. Also remember that you are never going to have another body in this lifetime, so if you learn how to take care of yours now, you'll be glad you did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, now it depends this may be normal for you!. If you have a large strong built and are fairly tall and muscular this may be normal!. But if you are unsatisfied with your weight I have some ideas for someone of your age:
1!. No Diet!. Key word in diet, DIE!.
2!. Excersise is a must! Go for runs, and burn off those calories!.
3!.Cardiovascular Excersise like running, ect!. Go to the gym, your not too young!.
4!. Simple push ups and sit-ups should do the job!.
5!. Make sure to drink lots of water,milk,vitamin water, have lots of fruits and fruits, and have smaller servings of snacks and meals!. And make your daily mails more healthy, less sugary and fatty!.
6!. Keep doing the excersises and healthy food, dont quit, until you lose weight, if you dont stay persistent and carry your plan through I guarentee it won't work! So dont stop!!
