How do you gain weight?

hi, i am a 15 year old male and i lift weights atleast 3 times a week and run every other day. i weigh 170 lbs and am 6 feet tall. i eat alot of protein and carbs, and have a body fat percentage of around 7. i have been lifting weights for about 6 months, and have only gained a bit of weight. i would like to weigh alot more, any sugestions?


Answers:

Use higher weight and lower reps. You should be able to intake 170 grams of protein that is useful, anything more is just a waste. Get more calories, but make sure they're from healthy food, not junk. Get on a workout schedule where you lift 4-5 days a week.

Some people gain weight naturally faster than others. 6 months isn't very long. Sometimes it just takes time, it won't happen overnight.
