Help im getting married in august and have to lose 10 kilos!!!!?

please help me ive been on a realy good diet and i need to lose the last 10 kilos realy quickly before the 5 of august.
does any1 know of a realy quick weight loss plan.
i know its not healthy but im desperate.

congrats!! I'm also getting married in mid-august. And I'm also playing this quick weightloss game. My advice is very contradictory and not good for your body. Many say it slows down your metabolism. But I don't really give a damn because I've recently put on some weight when I went back home to visit my family. I'm determined to take it off. In 5 days time I've lost 5 lbs. Some of that, I'm sure, is water weight. But eventually it won't be. Here is what I'm doing, and yes before everyone judges me, I KNOW it's unhealthy (and i repeat: I DON'T CARE)

500 calories a day MAXIMUM (yesterday was 200)
no breads, very low salt intake (salt makes you more bloated), very low sugar intake, NO alcoholic beverages, no sodas, a lot of fresh fruits that are rich in antioxidants like raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. Unlimited amount of fresh vegetables daily.
Exercise Plan (6 days/week):
1 hour of Pilates EVERY morning (I have it on dvd)
every evening I go to the gym and do a 45 minute spinning class before my fiance gets home.
An additional 45 minutes-1 hour of cardio mid-day. The cardio is what REALLY takes off the fat and lbs. Believe me I hate it as well, but just think of those wedding album pictures that are going to last a lifetime...
I also make sure I do 200-500 bicycle crunches, and I've been putting a lot of emphasis on my arms because that is one of the features on my body I hate the most.
Do I feel immense hunger pains? At times, yes. But eventually it subsides. Drinking warm water, and green tea helps some. Try to drink up to 14 glasses of water or tea a day. It really helps the hunger. It's very tempting to binge...I know. Try to keep those binge foods out of your house...or at least out of sight. If you live with others seperate your food from theirs. You are only allowed to eat from your food selections!! Bottom line though: You have to be serious and you have to have WILL POWER. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. While it may be 'pro-ana' or wtf-ever it's true.

Like I said....I know that eating 500 calories a day is NOT healthy. But i have six weeks to lose 10-15 lbs and I do not want to be a fat bride! Use this diet at your own discretion. It has worked for me in the past and I kept the weight off for over a year. I recently gained a shitload of weight because of that good ol' Indiana home-cookin' and eating at way to many fast food restaurants.
