Plz help, NOW?

what is an easy, healthy and natural way for two 13 yr old girls to lose at least 10-15pounds by august? but also gain muscle too?

I am 108 pds, DO NOT TELL US WE DONT NEED TO LOSE IT cuzz we want to so UGH.

My friend is 100 pds.

Both our bodies are just blubber, no muscle. We want to look good for the upcoming school yr and we need to know a good, easy, healthy, and natural way to lose weight.

Anyone know??

Ok, so here's the thing, you don't need to loose weight, your weight is just fine, what you want is to change the ration of muscle to fat. NO dieting! No point, just start exercising. Try this, do at least 20 push-up every day, real push-ups (not girly ones, or half-way ones, or with the butt in the air) get someone to show you what a real push-up looks like. It obvious you won't be able to do them all at once,so break it up, but make sure you'll do 20 every day, that will tone up your upper body, arm mostly, it might hurt your bra size, but dieting would too. then do squats (put something between your legs at the height of your knees, small chair or bench is the best, go so low so your butt touches it, but don't sit down,just hold for a split of a second and come back up), hard to say how many, as many as you can till it burns, hurts, do it three times a day. That will tone up your legs and butt. Well and of course, do abs, sit-ups and reverse crunches (google it if you don't know what they look like), but also get someone to show you how to do them properly so you don't hurt your back. Feel free to leave out any sodas and sweets out of your meal plan, but please, don't go on any stupid diet, you don't have to!
