Question: Yoga and pilates!?
I am thinking about taking pilates on Monday and Wednesday, and Yoga on Saturday at my gym!. What kind of benefits would I get from yoga and pilates!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

both are really good for you!.!.!. pilates can be tough but you should keep up with it!.!.!. you will find yourself to be much more relaxed, more tone, and you will probably have less break outs because you wont be as stressed!.!.!. you will be a healthier person and you should DEFINITELY do it and KEEP UP with it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
both help with strengthening and relaxing all the muscles in your body but especially those difficult and tense places like right above your shoulder blades or on your hamstrings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
