Answers:
Protein powder is a waste of money!.

Muscle consists of 75% water, 22% protein and the rest is mostly lipids (fats)!.

How much muscle do you really expect to put on in one day!?

Do the math!.

How much protein would he need to eat on a daily basis if he gained 10 lbs of muscle in one year (a substantial gain!.)!?

Most people really do get enough protein in their normal diet!.

And it is much better for your kidneys!.

Secondly, if he trying to build his muscles and lose fat, in order to get down to 132 he will have lose more than 3-4 lbs!.

Muscle does weigh more than fat, although fat loss is MUCH quicker than muscle gain, typically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
