The body doesn't work that way!. You don't lose X grams of fat every day because you eat this and that, and it certainly doesn't reflect on the scale!.
You need to figure out your basal metabolic rate (BMR), and then apply the Harris-Benedict formula (which although ancient is the easiest way to give you a ballpark figure of how much energy you use, unless you have 5000$ to spend on a professional machine)!.
Then you cut roughly 500 off of your total consumption (BMR+activity), eat relatively normally, including
the occasional snack and treat, and exercise!. Intervall cardio and weight or resistance training in combination are the optimal way to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on whether your male or female and your activity levels !. Usually knock off 500 calories from what you are eating and if you are a female I would not dip below 1200 calories!. Anything lower than that will put your body in starvation mode and your metabolism will come to a halt!. The normal percentage is 40% protein , 40% carbs ( good carbs ) and 20% fat!. ( good fats ) !. I use Fitday!.com to do my calculations !. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
1lb of fat is equal to 3500 calories!.
If you eat 500 less or work off 500 more calories a day 7 days a week thats 3500 calories a week or 1lb of fat you will lose each week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No less than 1950 for calories!.
dont count the fat, just watch it!.
and make sure there are no trans fats in what you eat!.
[[saturated is also bad]]Www@Answer-Health@Com
