Question: So, i dont want to lose weight, i just wanna tone my body!. help me!?
mkay, so i have fat!.!.!.i guess, on my lower tummy, and upper thighs, and im getting tired of it!. so my upper tummy is pretty flat, and its all hard whem i flex and poke it, cause i do situps, and it works, but only for the upper part,the lower is kinda chubby, and i want it to be flatter, h0w can i do that!?!?

and my upper thighs are kinda chubby, and i want to knwo an exercise or something for that!.
im leaving for cali, in like a month, so id like to have this done by then, ya know!?!?

To generally lose fat u have to do cardio work out so that mans you would hvae to go swimming running or on a bike for aout a hour at a time!.!.!.!. as well as this you can do

yoga stuff
wight training with very light weights
reduce the fat you eat
