snack=granola bar kashi=180 calories
dinner=apple=50 calories
another turky slice=40 calories
i dont know what else to eat we went grocery shopping and I was hurried so I didnt get much time to pick much food.
I drank 8 glasses of water only water nothing else
every other day exercise
exercise-30 min treadmill morning ad night burned=411 calories
40 lunges each leg
50 squats
200 bicycle kicks
40 ab pikes
extend n curl
50 each side
