How can i make the bottoms of my legs more muscular?!


Question: How can i make the bottoms of my legs more muscular!?
my legs arent very shapely!. i dont have access to a gym is there any way i can make them more muscular and shaped by doing exercises at home!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use the steps in your house like an aerobics bench, and step up, step down!. This should strengthen your calves, thighs and bum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hold something heavy on your shoulders and do toe raises!. For a fuller range of motion do it off the end of a bottom stair!. Just be careful the weight is not too heavy or awkward!. Try it witout the weight first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes hold something on the wall a door Nobe ,then go on only one leg ,and slowly dip up and down half way
you should feel it on your caves!.and back side of legs !.will look good!. do it about 20 times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say run or Jog!.!.!.!.

Those will beef your calves up in no time at all!.!.!. Just a couple of weeks and you'll notice the difference!.!.!.
