stand with feet shoulder width apart!. put either arms in front of you or behind your head!. now descend to a 90 degree angle, making sure that your knees are not going beyond your feet!. When getting up make sure you won't lock your knees when standing, as it will put lots of stress on your knees!. repeat 2*12 reps if you are a beginner and 3*12 reps if you have workout for a while!.
