How can i enjoy exercise more or up my game?!


Question: How can i enjoy exercise more or up my game!?
Ok i am getting bored of my diet!.

i go on brissk walks for about 2- 2 and half hrs 3x a week

I go swimming 3x a week i am enjoying the swimming so thats ok

but its the walking - its the point it hurts so much but i want to enjoy it, ive been walking like this for about 2months now and i need somethin to enjoy it to help me stop moaning and feel like giving up

plus i need some more exercises i can do and enjoy and up my game without spending money!. i brought a skipping rope and do the usual basic work out but cant think of anything elseWww@Answer-Health@Com

first, what sort of diet are you on!? try to vary it as much as you can!.sometimes just the way you cook food or getting the diet or low fat versions makes a lot of difference calorie wise!.
walking- i find if i walk to music, a mp3 player or mp3 player or similar- i walk to the rhythm!. So if you have or can borrow one with some good beat music, Mica, Amy Winehouse, Shania Twain, anything you like and walk to the beat will be good!. Also vary where you walk to, go in the opposite direction, or somewhere different!.
