Question: Do you think its anorexia!?
welll im not going to have breakfast just drink coffeee
for lunch im going to have special k MEAL bar
no dinner =]

so is it anorexia!?
and how can i do it with out anyone finding out!?

also its not that i wanna kill my self its 1st about losing weight then its about the fact that lately i became discusted of food i almost threw up once when i saw french fries [saturday]Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's starvation!. anorexia nervosa is a mental disease that develops over years and years!. (i'm anorexic and i didn't wake up one day and have the sudden urge to commit a slow and very painful suicide by starving myself)!.

However, if you continue down this path, you will end up being anorexic!. and being anorexic means DEATH!. you can't just lose weight and then stop!. i know that you're probably thinking "i'll just do it until i lose weight, then i'll eat normally again!." well, here's the problem:

1!. When you lose weight and then begin eating again, you will gain all the weight back plus some!.

2!. Like most people who are now 6 feet under, you will get to your goal weight and then think "well, just a couple pounds more!." then you'll get to THAT goal and you'll think "well, just a couple pounds more!."

i'm not trying to be mean!. but, take it from someone who has suffered from this mental and physical DISEASE (yes, it is a disease!. a very serious one) for two and a half years, it's not worth it!.

if you REALLY want to lose weight, as much as this phrase has been overused, eat right and exercise!. i recommend weight watchers (you can do the online thing, you can pay month by month or get a three-month package), it helped my brother lose 70 pounds in a few months!. if you don't want to do weight watchers, atkin's diet and south beach diet are good as well!.

well, what do you think!? do you think its anorexia!? do you think theres anything wrong with it!? (of course you do, why else would you post this question!?)

I know you want to lose weight, so do i, but when i don't eat, i get terrible headaches, so i cant do it your way!. But your way isn't really that healthy anyways!. I have learned, that you should eat, small meals every 3 hours that you are awake!. For instance, your cup of coffee in the morning, with a piece of toast (dry if you like, no butter, no calories) or a small piece of fruit, for energy! Next your special k bar, thats good, you might decide it be a special k protein bar instead of a cereal bar (the protein will also help because you arent eating meat) and i do suggest dinner because you need some antioxidants!. May i suggest: a cup of green tea (which is considered to be one full serving of veggies) and a small chicken salad or a small chicken breast with a cup of cooked rice!.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water!. Water is a super weight loss booster!. Even if you should decide that you dont want to eat anything all day, DRINK WATER!. it will make you feel fuller and you wont get dehydrated!.

Anorexia or not, it's unhealthy, will slow your metabolism, and when you do start eating more normally again (and you will have to, for your health) you will gain weight very easily!.

Do not drop your calories below 1200 a day!. Eat right and exercise!.!.!.5 - 6 small meals a day are better than 3 larger ones!.!.!.and exercise at least 5 days a week!. That's a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off!.

Don't risk your health as you are doing, to lose a few pounds!.!.!.it's foolish and could land you in the hospital or worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This sounds very unhealthy!. Cutting back your food intake that drastic will KILL your metabolism!. If there is nothing to burn off then it simply wont!. Your body will go into conservation mode!. When you finally decide to eat normally again!.!.!.!.!.or else die!.!.!.!.!.!. you will gain all the weight back plus more since your metabolism will be so slow!. Eat small healthy portions throughout the day and exercise!. Hello, there are healthy ways to lose weight!. SNAP! I used to be like that!.
I didn't eat my lunch at school and just hardly ate anything!. My parents didn't notice until people started paying me compliments as to how thin i was!. But trust me, it's hell!. Makes you ever so self consious!. It makes you depressed and feeling fat all the time, so even if you dropped to 4 stone you'd still think you're fat!. Just eat right and burn it off
