My legs are big with muscle and fat!. How do I make them skinnier!? Not bulkier!. How long will it take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you really want to tone your thighs (by toning, they will be a little muscular like, but they will be leaner), I would suggest doing some lunges and squats!. And if you have a gym membership, try to get on the leg press machine to help tone your thights too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you'd have to lose weight!. depending on your genetics, you might have thick bone structure, or muscles which make your body look thick!. either way, you can't simply lose fat on one certain part of your body!. that's not how the human system works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
