Help me with a plan...!?!


Question: Help me with a plan!.!.!.!!?
i am a young girl
not overweight just chubby!.
i am starting a diet and exercise regimen tomorrow!.
but i need to know what is the right amount to be exercising a week!.
cause im not very motivated to do it without knowing for sure!.
and i will not do it every day!.
please help!?
and and what are some meal plans i can use!.
WITH FOOD THAT PEOPLE ACTUALLY KEEP IN THE PANTRIES, not things i need to go to the store to get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi! It's great that you're commited to starting! I think it would be great if you exercised 3-4 times a week, then worked up to every day, if you can!. I'm sure you'll be able to do a lot more than you think!. I suggest running, because I love it, and it burns a lot of calories!. Find an exercise that you really love, or at least something that doesn't bore you to death!. Try dance, pilates, yoga, weight lifting, join a sport, swim, etc!. Aim for at least 30 minutes a day, then work up to an hour!. As far as a meal plan, I think 1500 calories would be a realistic goal!. Have 300 for breakfast, 400 for lunch, 500 for dinner, and 2 snacks of 150 calories!. Don't worry if you go a little over, be it helps to have a goal!. It also helps to write out everything you eat, so you can really see it!. As long as you stay within your calorie goal, you can, technically, eat whatever you want, but if you only eat sweets, you will probably go over!. I suggest eating lots of veggies and fruit, and not much juice, soda, candy, sweets, etc!. I don't think you sould do any "diets", but just aim to be healthy because you are young and still growing!. You HAVE to exercise every day, if you want to lose weight you have no choice!. You should also be doing at least 30minutes every day!.

EATING PLAN:
BREKKIE:
You should always have breakfast!. So you could have muesli and low fat yoghurt or fruit or healthy cereal (nothing thats packed with sugar) & low fat milk!.

MORNING TEA:
Green tea or Handful of nuts or Piece of fruit!.

LUNCH:
Salad sandwhich on wholegrain bread or salad with light dressing or chicken sandwhich on wholegrain bread

AFTERNOON TEA:
Green tea or Handful of nuts or Piece of fruit!.

DINNER:
5 Serves of veggies (corn, peas, carrot, broccoli, cucumber etc) and chicken, lean red meat or fish!. Chicken breast only & remove all the fat!. Bake chicken and fish, do not fry!. Lean red meat only or remove the fat from the meat before you cook it!. Cook the meat in non stick pan so you dont have to use oil!.

DRINKS:

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.
