I seem to trip over myself while working out with exercise videos. What should I!

Question: I seem to trip over myself while working out with exercise videos!. What should I do!?
I bought The Firm for at home workout!. There are many tapes - some are cardio and some are strength training!. I do well during the strength training, however, the cardio is hard to follow!. I feel like I'm tripping over myself!. They don't show how to do the moves in a slower fashion - which means I'm continously moving BUT continously tripping!. These are new tapes to me!. Should I just suck it up or should I pick a cardio exercise I'm used to - running, biking, DDR - instead!? Did anyone else have this problem with cardio tape workouts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any cardio is better than none, even if you are tripping over your own feet!. The problem with home workout tapes is that they soon become boring and people do not continue to use them!. Make sure you switch it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some Vicodin and calm the fu*k down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must do only things that you are comfortable with, and enjoy doing it!.

The thing to remember is that "heart benefits the most from moving big mussels" to move them lots of blood is required by the issues, which in turn make the heart beat stronger and the major heart mussels gets the indirect work out!.

So go back to the most faith full moves like "running, biking, DDR"!. True and tried moves are best!.

Some new moves are so unrealistic that it will take an expert contortionist to do and then also the person is at risk of loosing the balance!.

Get a $30 electronic wrist band with various functions, most people need to bring up the blood pressure to about 160 range to get good benefit of cardio work out but we are all individual so in your case it may be only 140 BP!.

This is what might be happening and if that is the case then you need to slow down!. Along with loosing the balance, if you are getting light headed then up must stop and lie down flat on the ground, and keep your legs elevated, this is a must, otherwise you will fall and injure yourself!. The reason for feeling faint is simple, the major mussels is demanding so much blood that your brain is deprived of it and that can put you, even in coma(short temp type), with falling it can make you go in to coma permanently, this is the main reason why one should have company to do a work out of any great intensity!. Or have some one present and watching you!. Light work out is OK to do alone!.

If you loose balance again, then you must have the doctor check you up and give you clean bill of health!. Must rule out health issues!. Amongst other things , the doct must check for ear infection,---,---!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
