Answers:
You aren't exercising enough!. At least, you aren't getting enough cardio with 1/2 mile to 1 mile!. If you are new to running, try taking some cardio classes for an hour, in addition, until you can run for 1 hr a day!. You will lose about 1-2 pounds a week!. Also, if your diet is too strict, you will stop losing weight!. If you are very active, working out 6 days a week, aim for eating 1800 calories, to keep you feeling full, so you don't quit!. Trust me on this, I weight 117 lbs!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
