Question:

Situps : am i doing them right ?

okay the other day i did like 500 situps and i felt the burn in my stomach.
Today i dd the same thing except I feel it in my waist . did I do something wrong


Answers:

you could unconciously be using your lower body to try and pull yourself up.

What you need to do is place your fingertips just behind your ears to ensure that you aren't using your arms topullyour head up.

Another thing may sound like common sense,but when you are doing a lot of sit-ups like that, it can accidentally happen. Be sure to keep your feet flat on the floor at all times, and your lower body "locked in".

if this doesn't help and you still feel it in your waist, try to do a different ab exercise. There are many different ones that will target different parts of your abs. Try a few different things and then come back to sit-ups.
