Question: I need to loose weight, fast!?
I need to loose 17kg, fast!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!. Do not overdo!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

Its not a good idea to do any radical dieting at your age!. Just cut out all fatty food including all fast takeaway food, lollie (candy), cakes, biscuits, icream, coca cola etc!. Replace with fresh fruit, veges, water, wholegrains, nuts etc and exercise!. You will soon loose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OMG please do not get into the horrid cycle of dieting!. I am telling you from experience I started at your age too!. You will loose it and gain it back +!. It is a nightmare!. You probably still have "baby" fat and this will pass!. You could be growing!.
Cut out ALL processed foods and white sugar!. NO POP!!! This will change your body for the better and it will work like a well oiled machine!.!.!. drink water!.!.!.see a dietitians if you need to!. I am telling you there are no quick fixes and you can do this the right way!. You have to believe in yourself and put those beauty magazines away!.
I compete in Body building shows and just now feel good about myself!. Don't destroy your life with dieting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

look on google under general motors diet then you follow that one with the meat in it!. If you are vegeterian they have one for vegeterians!. Trust me it works!. I lost 3kgs in my first 2 days!. Good Luck and remember, itll only work if you are totally dedicated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you loose weight fast you will put on even more when diet finished, loose about 2lb per week and it will stay off longer, the best thing to do is reeducated your body to what you are eating as it will be like this for the rest of your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
