Question: Will i lose weight on this diet!?
breakfast- oatmeal (329 calories)
lunch- i never eat anything for lunch!.!.!. its not apetizing to me
dinner - some kind of meat with veggies
snack- fruit (usually peaches :] yumm)

excersise- walk 1 hour per day
jumprope for 10 minutes 3 times a day
50 pushups
50 situps
50 leg lifts

yes you will loose weight, not because you are eating healthy but because you are starving your body! you will get dark circles around your eyes, skin will start to look pale, hair wont shine and generally you will look and feel tired!. best way to loose weight is to have a large, healthy breakfast, a medium healthy lunch and a small, but healthy dinner!. eat lean meats only,lots of vegetables and drink plenty of water!. stay away from junk food, especially biscuits, cakes and crisps!.
30-40 mins of exercise a day is more than enough!
snack on lots of fruit!.

follow this diet, you will look, feel and be healthy and thin!.

Yes, you definitely can lose weight that way
its healthiest to lose 1 - 2 pounds a week, but that diet can get you a good 3 - 4 pounds a week


The only problem is that you should NOT
i repeat, NOT skip lunch!.
Swap dinner for lunch and eat something light for dinner like a salad and fish!.

The reason for this is that if you dont eat lunch early in the day, you'll be more tempted to eat more later in the evening cuz your hungry [and you'l get gas]!. Also, when you eat a bigger meal earlier in the day, you have a chance to work it off with exercise!.

Eat maybe an hour after you exercise, because your metabolism will be all fired up!.

To speed up your metabolism eat 6 small meals a day!. Skipping any meal causes your body to hold on to calories and makes it harder to loose weight!.

On your one hour walk occasionally jog for a small amount of time and slowly build up until it is a 1 hour jog with small sections of walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will as long as you eat after you exercise (because thats when your metabolisms at its peak), you need to eat lunch even if you dont feel like it because the next time you eat it will be stored as fat, lastly you need some more carbs in it (e!.g, bread, potato, rice ect)

will think it's going into
starvation mode which
will actually make u gain
weight and it's incredible
unhealthy
eat something different
everyday
you don't really need an expert
to tell you any kind of fruit
is beneficial in some way
and i say go on a running program
it helps ALOT
ALOT ALOT
i couldn't get rid of a few extra
pounds for the longest time
and i ran for a recommended time
for a week
and lost it all!
oh and don't do those exercises
for that much
cause u can actually destroy
muscle tissue
