Question: Weight loss ( Help )!?
HI, i want to lose mabey 2-3 inches so i can fit into my good pants for a party in 2 weeks, and i started my own work out thing, so is some one could please tell me if this is good or bad, or what they might do diffrent, I am serious about this

(also i take a diet pill called Trimspa x32 rapid release Weight loss TrimCaps )

9am- Wake up - Breakfest (salad 15 cal) ( 2 diet pills )
10am - 10:30 Ride Bike
10:30 - 11:00 relax
11:00 - 11:30 Treadmill
11:30 - 12pm ( 20 reps of Situps )
12:00 - 12:30 pm snack (salad 15 cal)
12:30- 1:00 relax
1:00 - 1:30 ( 20 reps of Situps ) ( 1 diet pill )
1:30 - 2:00 Treadmill
2:00 - 3:00 ( Watch Tv Games )
3:00 - 3:30 Lunch (salad 15 cal)
3:30 - 4:00 Treadmill
4:00 - 5:00 ( Relax )
5:00 - 6:00 ( Clean House )
6:00 - 7:00 Dinner (salad 15 cal) ( 1 diet pill )
7:00 - 10:00 ( Tv, Games)
10:00 pm - Bed

OK!.!.!.dude, slow down! you don't have to kill yourself to lose a few pounds!. Have you heard of the T-Factor diet!? count your fat grams!. women should get 20-40 fats per day and men should get 30-60!. an hour of working out everyday is enough!. drop the diet pills! they are addictive, and basically they are unhealthy!. are you only eating 60 calories a day!? that's really unhealthy, you shouldn't do that! and diet pills won't really do much for you!. the best thing you can do is exercise (but don't overdo it!. i'm glad to see you've got some breaks worked in there) and also eat small portions of regular foods!. i find using a smaller plate at dinner (like a salad plate or a saucer) helps, especially if you don't go back for seconds!. eat something besides salad, work a little meat in there!

two inches sounds like a lot to lose in just two weeks!. maybe you should just buy some bigger pants!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ugh, yeah, you see, I have some news for you:

YOUR BODY NEEDS FUEL!

If you don't eat enough, then your body will store whatever YOU DO EAT and therefore you won't lose anything!

You need carbs, protein and fats in your diet!.

This routine is really bad actually!. Call a dietician or nutritionist and hire a personal trainer!. You're going no where wit this set-up you have going on!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is bad because you're only consuming salad and you're not getting all the natural
vitimens your body needs!.!.!.

Abs are 70% diet, 30% exercise!. You need to lower your body fat percentage by eating a diet of only lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, veg, good fats ONLY (and never go above your RDA), and water!.

Unless you commit to a healthy eating plan AND daily exercise then you will NOT see definition!.
