If you're talking about calories what I usually do (because I'm always dieting) is order green tea, miso soup, cucumber salad, edamame, and 1 roll that doesn't have anything fried in it or any mayo based sauces!.
Rolls can be very high calorie due to the rice, but if you get the salad, soup, and edamame it'll still fill you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Edamame is just about the best!. Just about all of the salads and soups (egg drop soup might be an exception but there isn't that much egg in it)!. All of the vegetable rolls (limit the amount of avocado)!. Green tea is very good for you and it tends to counteract the oil in the tempura!. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
