I ate 300 cals today. I'm SO FAT.?!


Question: I ate 300 cals today!. I'm SO FAT!.!?
This week, I planned to only eat 600 cals a day to lose weight because it seems likeworking out 1 hr and 30 min and eating 1600 isnt making me lose weight!. I even did a 1000 cal diet!. No use!. I WANT to eat normal so badly, but I'm tired of seeing this extra fat!. My doc said I'm on the boderline of being over weight!. Please tell me what EASY way will mak me lose 15 lbs!. I'm 14, 5'3", size 5, and 133 lbs!!!!

okay so your jean size doesnt matter when it comes down to how fat u r!.
I am 5'2 and 108 and wear a size 3-6 depending on where I bought them at!. Just eat fruits and veggies and chicken and
go outside and walk for an hour or walk on a treadmil for 40 minutes and when you are on the treadmil push the button 3!.

Eat properly!. If you don't then your body will reduce the metabolism and store fat thinking that there is shortage of food!. Just stay away from junk food include a lot of veggies like cucumber and carrots in your food!. Get on a high protein diet!. And workout regularly!. You will get the results although they will come slow!. But this way the results will be long lasting!. and 15 pounds in 2 months is a very achieveable target!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it is difficult to lose weight, sometimes it has nothing to do what you eat, maybe it is medication if you are taking meds but it is not good to eat only 600 calories a day!. You have to eat, if you don't eat enough there is no way you are going to lose!. You are not fat!. I wish I was 133 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok heres the thing!. By starving yourself your body thinks it is starving so it is going to hold on to the calories!. 600 calories a day is WAY WAY too few you need to at least double that to 1200 calories a day spread out between 6 small HEALTHY meals!. Meaning fruits, veggies, complex cabs, and protien!. And as crappy as this sounds you sound like a decent weight so for you it will be really hard to loose 15 pounds in only 2 months!.!.!.!.and there is no reason too, that is TOO MUCH weight lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok first of all, please make sure you eat enough!.!.!.try incorporating exercise into your daily life!.!.!.go up stairs and not the elevator, pace while you are waiting, and get out there! try doing like abs (bicycle move, v-ups, plank, etc!.) and lifting weights to tone your body!.!.!.

oh and try eating more calories (especially when you are hungry!.!.!.) that are healthier, for instance instead of chips like popcorn or high-fiber granola bars, or whole-grain bread

try just eating fruit and vegetables!. you'll loose more calories doing that then just not eating because that way your body doesn't go into starvation mode, and you'll be happier because you will know you've eaten and satisfied but also that you eaten hardly any calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg!.!.!. same here! I'm gonna be 15 soon!. I weigh around 127, 5' 2 1/2", size 5-7!. I really want to lose like 20 lbs!.! lol!.!.!. just thought I'd let you know you're not the only one!.!.!. I just asked a question similar to this!.

Try eating healthy food that tastes good like one of those Jenny Craig things or something and work out like every other day and stuff and try to pig out very little like have small fries from McDonalds and stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com

I commented saying that I'm 5'4" and I'm a size 4 and 120 pounds!. I don't care!. Being skinny ain't that great!. I used to be thin then I decided I shouldn't starve myself because I wanted to be healthy!. And guys love curvy girls!.!.!.not girls who have nothing!. That's also why I want to be curvy!. :]
Please don't starve!. There isn't any point!. People die everyday because they're so underweight!.!.!.like models!.
Sweetie, I don't want you to die!. Have fun with life!. Weight is the LAST thing on my mind!. And it will be for you too, if you believe it and when you get older!.!.!. {me and my knowledge} you WILL want to be curvy!

it's not only the number of calories but the type, where they come from!. Also, you can't only diet and expect to lose weight!. It's about diet AND exercise!.
Keep in mind if you fast and lose the weight quickly you will gain it back within a week or two!. At your age, you want to lose it the right way and keep it off!. It's about making healthy choices and eating moderate portions of a well balanced diet!.
Cut out all butter, sauces and salad dressings!. No mayonaise, cut down on salt!. You need some carbs but no bad carbs and not a huge amount of carbs!. No white flour products!. Get your carbs from brown rice or whole grain breads and bakery goods!. Eat only fat free dairy products!.
NEVER skip breakfast, that's what gets your metabolism going!.
Start each day with a cup of hot water with 1/4 a lemon squeezed into it!.
Our bodies act like a camel!. You want to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day because if your body thinks it isn't getting enough it stores it for later use!. You'll be retaining water!. The same goes for food and your metabolism!. If you starve yourself your body will start storing fat for future use!.
One more thing, eat your last meal at least 3 hours before bed!.
If you live someplace where it's safe to do it, start walking a mile or two after each meal!.
Fifteen pounds in two months is alot but not so extreme you need to starve yourself to get there!. If you keep active and eat a healthy diet you will make it!.
EDIT: Don't eat too much fruit, it's full of sugar, vegies are best and save fruit for dessert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
