The quickest and easiest way to lose weight for free?

I need to lose some weight quickly. i'd like to lose about 20-30 lbs in one month. can you tell me an easy way to do this for free? i've tried running laps around the block, but I just can't stick to it. And my eating habits are ok, but I've been used to fattening food for most of my life. So far, by eating chicken and salads, I've lost about 7 lbs in 2 months. i need a solution that's a LOT faster.
