Diet HELP!!?

I am 110 pounds, and five foot I want to lose around 10 or so pounds. I want to lose inches off of my hips, my waist and my stomach. What diet (that i dont have to order from) is best?

"Ten or so" pounds might be too much for you to lose. You should aim for your natural weight. There is no easy cure. Just eat fiber rich foods (oat and wheat bran cereals, beans, fruit), lots of water, and walk for thirty minutes or more most days of the week. Lay off the greasy, fatty and salty snack foods. You should be at your desirable weight in a couple of months, or sooner. Good luck.
