Is this too much for breakfast?!


Question: Is this too much for breakfast!?
i had breakfast at 2:10pm by the way

-1 slice regular bread - 80 calories
-1 slice kraft singles cheese - 70 calories
-3 thin slices of turkey - 40 calories together

(all of this was made into a half sandwich)
i usually don't use cheese but we're out of lettuce (the cheese i usually use if i do though is the 60 a slice one) , and we're out of the bread i usually use which is 40 calories a slice :(

-3/4 cup of honey bunches of oats cereal - 130 calories
-1 cup of green tea, used with 2 tbsp sugar - 60 calories
(the tea itself was 0 calories)

all adding up to 380 calories
quite alot for breakfast i know
(would have been 330 calories of less if i weren't out of my regular stuff)
definately going grocery shopping tomorrow

also it took me 20 minutes to eat all this lol
i'm a slow eater ^_^'Www@Answer-Health@Com
