Should I try a 7-day diet?
I am 138 and would like to lose 10-15 pounds. After I lose them, I plan to eat healthy, and go to the gym just to tone up. Is this a good idea..why or why not?

A seven day diet is what is known as a fad diet. Fad diets make promises of dramatic weight loss, yet the weight is found back on the losers body before they can fully enjoy their new black mini dress.
After years of fad dieting and just now starting to eat healthy and exercise, take my advice and do this the healthy way. You will lose it and it will stay gone if you train youself to be healthy.
