How can i healthily gain weight?!

How can i healthily gain weight?

i'm 5'4 and i only weight 100 lbs. how much should i eat and what kinds of foods? and what kind of exercises?

from what i have personally experienced... 3,500 calories equals 1 pound... which means if you wanna gain 10 pounds you would have to consume 35,000 Calories in ten days.... and if ya wanna do that eat food thats high in fat they are also high in calories... a demonstration would be to eat like 3 big mac, 4 pints of ice cream, 3 liters of regular soda..... really just eat bigger proportions that are higher in fat.... and in no time you could gain weight.. i know because i gained 26 pounds in 14 days. But I didnt do no exercise so the weight came heavily..
