Question: List 10 things in a day I can do to lose weight!. from sun up to sun down!?

1!. No soda- lots of water
2!. No junk food (chips, candy, etc!.)-more veggies and fruits
3!. situps and pushups every night and morning
4!. Smaller portions
5!. Make an exercise plan (for example: ride bike 30 min a day)
6!. Get inspiration (put a picture up of the body you want, or the clothes you want to wear, or bikini, etc!.)
7!. Join a gym, or exercise more (run, play sports, whatever)
8!. Don't always follow the crowd (just because your family is having ice cream dones't mean you have to)
9!. Drink green tea (atleast once a week)
10!. Only weigh yourself once every 2 weeks (if you do it more, you could become upset or emotional)
