Toning up help?!


Question: Toning up help!?
Okay my legs are rather wobbly and so is my stomach!. I got over my eating disorder and went abit crazy eating chocolate and more fat and i didn't do any exercises whilst eating so now you can imagine i wobble like a jelly!. What exercise would be best and how long for and how many times a day a week!? How many of each thing to do!. I recently had belly re-peirced so nothing to drastic for time being on my belly!. Should heal quickly as i had it done previous!. I am aiming to tone up even a little bit before July!.

well, First you are going to fully give up your issues with body image!. Not to sound rude, but its still there!. Your goal should be to just be healthy!. yes i know its a cliche'!. But the reason why i know you are trapped by your issues is that you are looking for a quick fix to specific areas!. That is not the way fat loss works!.

Yes you can tone up certain areas but all your during is building muscle mass underneath that area of fat!. You body will burn the fat as it sees fit and take it from where ever it decides to take it from at that moment to burn!.

Yes, you can still focus on your ab workouts and leg lift ect!.!.!. But if you cut out the fats and sugars (all things we love) and replace with fruits and veggies, tons of water!. you will be on your way!.

Eat in the morning to start your metabolism!. Also, in addition to your ab work and leg work, add a cardio plan!. 3-5 days a week!. Start with a light steady jog, nothing to intense!. When you get tired Walk a bit, then jog!. Complete for 30 minutes!. Every session increase the jogging, and decrease the walking, till your jogging the whole way!. From there increase speed!.

If you cut out the fats and sugars (no cheating) drink water, add your cardio, you will see results by July 1st!. Just know it will not be easy!. especially the first 2 weeks! they will SUCK!!!!. let me know if you have any questions!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

Firstly congratulations on recovering from your eating disorder,you must be one strong girlie :)

So,I have these vids,some of them are only short 6 minutes long,the Pilate's ones are great for toning,and I tend to do 3 or 4 othem of them every other day,and I like to mixk them up a bit!.

Callanetics is the best toning system I know!. It is a system of exercise involving frequent repetition of small muscular movements and squeezes, designed to improve muscle and tone your body!. Lending libraries have books and DVD's so you could try it for free!. It certainly worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing I done to get toned up is body pump classes!. started with 1 class but moved on to 2 a week!. its hard to begin with but keep at it as it is worth it!. put in a couple off cardio class or work out in the gym with this to see results!.
