Have I been storing 130 calories as fat this whole time?!

Question: Have I been storing 130 calories as fat this whole time!?
Because I can't eat again from 7am until about 3pm, I have a big breakfast of about 600-630 calories!. It's healthy though - plain oatmeal with soymilk, whole grain english muffin and an orange!.

Right after, I'm at school walking from class to class, and in the morning I have a step aerobics class, so I'm burning calories doing stuff still!. But!.!.!.!. Since many nutritionists recommend keeping breakfast at 350-500 calories, or your body will store fat, am I storing fat still, or am I burning it off alright!?

No sarcastic answers!. If you're good you'll get ten points :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The principle is the following: make smaller meals more often!.
When you allow yourself to get to the point you're starving for your lunch in a chronic way, you teach your body to make some reserves!. Because it knows next time, it's gonna run out of gas, so it has to find ways to spare some energy until you feed again!.

Even if you exercise, that may not be enough to burn everything properly!.!.!. In order to make some reserves, the first thing your body does is to slow down your metabolism!. This way it doesn't need as much energy to function!.

Also, it might be helpful to know what gets burned first!.!.!. First off, you burn proteins!. In the long run only you start burning the carbs (muffin, oatmeal)!. So when you give your body a burst of activity (stepper), chances are great it's gonna reply "uh, uh don't think so" and will choose to burn proteins instead of the muffins and oatmeal!. Where does it find them when he burned all the food-provided proteins!? Your lean mass!.

And it's a cycle!. The lesss lean mass you have, the slower the metabolism and the more spare energy you are likely to find yourself with, which means = fat!.

Also, proteins are tougher to digest, so you end up burning more energy to digest them down! If you want to make sure that your lean mass doesn't get lost, you want to consume about 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight on a daily basis!. Oatmeal is great for proteins, beans too!.

The very last thing you want to do, remember, is to catabolyze your muscles!. They are the only chance to burn an extra 200 calories, say, at the end of the day!.
You don't need to be an athlete to follow these guidelines either!. When I found myself with a few extra pounds, I did that, and lost them all easily without much exercise and having a little cheesecake factory action quite a few times as well!.!.!. LOL

One final thing: 1g carb = 4 cal, 1g prot = 4 cal, 1g fat = 9 cal!.!.!. But always consider their distribution in energy consumption!.!.!. Fats are necessary too, despite their problematic numbers!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
