The first 15 min is burning carbs!. So instead of running for 15 min and fainting it is better to pace walk for 45 min-1 hour!. THIS IS FOR FAT LOSS!.

Burning fat is something that happens gradually!. The fat cells can shrink, but once you begin to eat an excessive amount of set calories in your diet, that fat cells can grow again once you add some McDonald's French Fries to it!.
After 20 minutes of any exercise routine you do, yes you do begin to burn the fat as long as you continue to do arobics or walking!. A 45-minute workout is fine for the body, but if you are thinking of working out all day, remember your heart can be stressed as well!. Taking a long walk in a state park, visiting a cave, bicycling, all of this is good for all day exercise!. Sweating is also good for fat burning, but do it gradually!.
